What is Powerhoop?

An extremely fun class using a weighted padded hoop that’s used to give you a firmer waistline and a strong core. It strengthens muscles in the hip, buttocks and legs. Improves coordination, balance, posture and burns fat.  What’s not to love right?

This class will give you great results whilst having so much fun.
