The thought of a running club may fill you with dread (us too!), however, rest assured, Olympic athletes need not apply here! We know that many of you take part in charity runs during the year and some may even harbour ambitions to run a 10k (or further), so what better way to kick-start your training by joining a group of like-minded individuals for an entry level run around the park. The pace will be slow for the first few weeks, but as everyone’s fitness improves the pace and distance will also be cranked up a notch! Running isn’t for everyone so if you have dodgy knees then speak to us for details of our lower impact classes. Appropriate outdoor footwear is highly recommended.
