Tabata was founded by a Japanese scientist named Izumi Tabata.  It provides similar health benefits to that of a cardio workout.  This program involves high Intensity interval training with spice!

Tabata training method are as follows:
•     4 minutes long (whole Tabata Session)
•     20 seconds of intense training
•     10 seconds of rest
•     Total of 8 sessions or rounds

This programs is really easy to follow and works for all fitness levels.  Add some spice into your life!
